💼 What You'll Do
- Track project timelines and assist with material ordering, deliveries, and vendor communication
- Schedule appointments and installations, coordinating with clients and crews
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM
- Conduct daily job progress check-ins and report on quality control
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with post-project reviews and photo requests
- Manage showroom operations
- Prepare weekly sales meeting materials and submit reports
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements
- Are highly organized and detail-driven
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person
- Can juggle multiple responsibilities without dropping the ball
- Have basic tech proficiency (Google Workspace, CRMs, spreadsheets)
- Are proactive, dependable, and take initiative
- You’ve worked in home services, remodeling, or design
- Pay Range – $22–$25/hr depending on experience
